Studs and Snotlings Team Tournament 2025

Welcome to the 2025 rendition of the Studs and Snotlings Team Tournament, brought to you by the awesome Stud or Scrub team!

Date: September 20-21st, 2025

What to know!

Location: this year we are running the event at Crowne Plaza in Kitchener (105 King St E, Kitchener, ON N2G 2K8). That's right, we are moving the event into a hotel as we grow and expand! Room block has been secured, but make sure to also reserve your rooms.

Food: Boxed lunch is included both days (expect a survey for options for your team).

Format: Just like last year, 8 man teams.

Price: Early Bird Tickets before June 21st: $1,239+tax. After June 21st, $1,400+tax.

Refunds:
The refund cutoff date is July 21st. After this date, tickets are transferable but not refundable. All refunds are subject to a 15% service fee.

Lastly, when purchasing a ticket please add your team name, captain's bcp email, and captain's discord handle into the notes option on the checkout page. This will make sure that we can add you to the event and captain's chat right away. Thank you!
